The single word to use in the English language is "Please". It is recommended that you do this 1 time each morning and repeat the process each evening with the single word "Thanks". Feel free to try this out right now... Try this for 2 weeks and their assistance will become much more abundant and obvious. 3- Meditate. In another word, listen. a) turn off the tv. b) turn off the tv and c) turn off the tv. Did I forget to say turn off the tv? No Joke! Please turn off the TV for a few minutes and get somewhere where you can experience silence around you. Sit there quietly and listen. There are many philosophies about how to do this, but the basic way is to "listen in silence". Start with 1 minute per day. Then the next day do it for 2 minutes. Then go for 3 minutes... 4- Try to base your thoughts, feelings, intentions and deeds on love and understanding. Try to practice kindness, charity and sacrifice. I know it's hard to do if you don't understand this one. Let's sum it up simply with "you will reap what you sow". 5- Initiate good thoughts in your head. Dip yourself into the thoughts of your dreams. Experience them in real-time in your head with feeling and they will manifest. Use the tools available to force your thinking. Eventually, you will break down the walls. Paradoxically, the walls come down with surrender vs. force. Use subliminal messages. It is a simple tool with amazing power.
