Self Hypnosis Technique to Obtain the Perfect
Body
A lot of us dream of the perfect body. We want to be able to
wear the latest fashions without embarrassment. But exercise
and eating right are sometimes hard to do and keep up with. So
what can we do to achieve the perfect body? Self hypnosis has
been used to cure and correct many things and it can be used to
create that perfect body.
Using self hypnosis to create the perfect body will call for
the use of visualization and positive messaging. When you use
both during your self hypnosis session you will imprint these
healthy changes into your mind. This will make it so much
easier for you to make these healthy decisions and changes
during your alert mind set. Wouldn’t it be nice to sit down at
a restaurant and when looking at the menu your mind tells you
that the healthy choices look appealing and the unhealthy one
look disgusting? Well you can set your mind to do this by using
self hypnosis.
Find a place to be alone uninterrupted that is quiet. Sit on
the floor or in a comfortable chair and begin your induction
phase. Once you have become relaxed you may start the
visualization that will help you to achieve your perfect body.
What you will need to visualize is yourself on a path in the
woods. On this path you need to see yourself the way you are
now. Once you have a clear image of everything around you,
start picturing yourself walking down the path.
Continue to walk down the path telling yourself, "I am slim",
"I am in control of my body" and repeat these a few times
as you visualize yourself walking down the path. Start to
imagine a fork in the road up ahead. To your right is the path
that will take you to a table full of healthy foods and to the
path to the left will take you to a table of junk food. Now
imagine yourself taking the path to the right. As you walk
toward the table that is on the path you have chosen you need
to use positive messaging so that your subconscious wraps
itself around this positive change. Tell yourself, "I will
choose healthy foods", "I love the taste of healthy foods",
"Healthy foods will give me what I want".
Now visualize yourself standing in front of this table eating
the healthy foods that are on it. Imagine yourself becoming
slimmer with each healthy bite you take. Let yourself see the
new you standing there. Hold on to that image as you begin to
walk down the path further. Use positive messages again as you
walk down this path. Tell yourself, "I will be more active", "I
will take care of this new body", "I will improve my
health".
Begin to visualize a fork in the road again. To the right is a
path that has as sign that says 'Jogging trail' and to the left
has a sign that says, 'Couch and television this way'. Now
imagine yourself taking the path to the right. Now that you
have taken the path to the right you need to imagine yourself
starting to jog down the path that you have chosen. Use your
positive messages again, telling yourself, "Jogging is good for
me", "I love to exercise", "Exercising make me feel good".
Feel yourself becoming more powerful as you jog down this path.
When you can feel the complete power within yourself, visualize
coming to the end of the path. Now imagine yourself turning
around and seeing the perfect body staring back at you.
A few self hypnosis sessions like this and you will see a
change in how you respond to healthy choices over unhealthy
ones.
