Insomnia can affect a large part of one's life. Without the
ability to receive a good night's sleep, everything suffers the
next day. There are sleeping pills that can help you to sleep
but with sleeping pills you run the risk of becoming dependant

Sleep should not elude you nor should you be dependant upon
